We live in an exciting time. On one hand, we are able to stand up and take charge of our lives like never before. However, we can see how modern "progress" can be harmful to us and the planet. There are tragic reminders in our natural world everywhere. Chronic pain and illness abound. In fact, it is quite possible that we as human beings are more toxic and stressed than any previous generation.
Even with billions of dollars being spent on medical research and drugs, people are sicker than ever. There's got to be a better way. So, now more than ever, we have to be armed with ways to stay well. Don't we owe it to ourselves and to the next generation?
